eSIMインストールマニュアル
(eSIM installation manual)

NXTSIM eSIMを購入すると、eSIM追加に必要なQRコード付きのメールが届きます。
(When you purchase an NXTSIM eSIM, you will receive an email with a QR code required to add the eSIM.)

1. インターネット接続(WiFiなど）がある環境か確認してください
   (Please check if you have an internet connection (Wi-Fi, etc.))


2. eSIMを追加したい携帯電話の「設定」ー＞「モバイル通信」に移動します。
   (On the mobile phone to which you want to add the eSIM, go to "Settings" -> "Mobile Data". )


3. 「eSIMの追加 」を選択します (Select "Add eSIM")
   - メールで届いたQRコードを印刷または他の端末で表示して準備します
   (Prepare the QR code you received by email by printing it out or displaying it on another device.)
   - 携帯電話のカメラでQRコードをスキャンします
   (Scan the QR code with your phone's camera)


4. 携帯電話を再起動する
   (Restart your phone)


5. 目的地に到着したら、eSIMを開いてデータローミングを開始する [設定]→[モバイルデータ]を開く→インストールしたeSIMプランを選択→[データローミング]をON
   (When you arrive at your destination, open the eSIM and start data roaming. Open [Settings] → [Mobile Data] → Select the installed eSIM plan → Turn [Data Roaming] ON)

*表示名と手順は、携帯電話のモデルによって異なる場合があります。
(*Display name and steps may vary depending on your phone model)
*上記でも使用できない場合はAPN設定が必要です。
(*If the above doesn't work, you'll need to set the APN.)

注意/ Note：

• メールで受け取るQRコードは1回のみスキャン可能です。
  (- The QR code you receive via email can only be scanned once.)


• eSIMを正しい携帯電話に追加していることを確認してください。
  (- Make sure you add the eSIM to the correct phone.)

*eSIMは別の携帯電話に転送できません。
(*The eSIM cannot be transferred to another phone.)

上記の手順をまずはお試しいただいたにも関わらず、まだインターネットサービスがご利用いただけない場合は、APN設定が必要な可能性がございます。
(If you have tried the steps above and are still unable to use the internet service, you may need to set the APN.)

1. 「設定」を開く
   (Open "Settings")


2. 「モバイル通信」→「モバイルデータ通信ネットワーク」を選択します。
   (Select "Mobile" → "Mobile Data Network".)


3. 「新しい APN」または右上の + ボタンを選択
   (Select "New APN" or the + button in the top right)


4. 以下、使用している国に合わせた入力情報を処理する
   The following will process the input information according to the country you are using.
   
   [日本で eSIM をご利用の場合/If you are using eSIM in Japan]
   オペレーター/Operator: KDDI
   APN: cmlink
   
   (上記のAPN名でご利用できない場合は、APNを「cmhk」に変更して再度お試しください）
   (If you are unable to use the APN name above, please change the APN to "cmhk" and try again)

NXTSIM eSIMを購入すると、eSIM追加に必要なQRコード付きのメールが届きます。

1. インターネット接続(WiFiなど）がある環境か確認してください
   (Make sure you are in an environment with an Internet connection (such as WiFi))


2. 「設定」で「ネットワークとインターネット」を選択します
   (Select "Network & Internet" in "Settings")


3. 「モバイルネットワーク」を選択する
   Select "Mobile Networks"


4. 「代わりにSIMをダウンロードしますか？」を選択します。
   Select "Download SIM instead?"


5. QRコードをスキャンしてeSIMプロファイルをダウンロードする
   Scan the QR code to download the eSIM profile
   - メールで届いたQRコードを印刷または他の端末で表示して準備します
   (Prepare the QR code received by email by printing it or displaying it on another device)
   - 携帯電話のカメラでQRコードをスキャンします
   (Scan the QR code with your phone's camera)


6. スマートフォンの再起動を行う
   (Restart your smartphone)


7. 目的地に到着したら、eSIMを開いてデータローミングを開始する [設定]→[モバイルデータ]を開く→インストールしたeSIMプランを選択→[データローミング]をON
   (When you arrive at your destination, open the eSIM and start data roaming Open [Settings] → [Mobile Data] → Select the installed eSIM plan → Turn on [Data Roaming])

*表示名と手順は、携帯電話のモデルによって異なる場合があります
(*Display name and steps may vary depending on your phone model)
*上記でも使用できない場合はAPN設定が必要です。
(*If the above doesn't work, you'll need to set the APN.)

• 上記でも使用できない場合はAPN設定が必要です。
  (Make sure you add the eSIM to the correct phone.)

3. 「新しい APN」または右上の + ボタンを選択
   (Select "New APN" or the + button in the top right)


4. 以下、使用している国に合わせた入力情報を処理する
   (The following will process the input information according to the country you are using)
   
   [日本で eSIM をご利用の場合/If you are using eSIM in Japan]
   オペレーター/Operator: KDDI
   APN: cmlink

(上記のAPN名でご利用できない場合は、APNを「cmhk」に変更して再度お試しください）
